OneShield Enterprise

OneShield Portals allows you to provide agents, partners and/or customers with web-based self-service capabilities, such as payment options and policy documents and claims status.
Agent & Partner portals enable full end-to-end policy origination and maintenance to the extent the carrier believes appropriate to allow. This also includes highly sophisticated financial reconciliation capabilities.
OneShield Portals gives you the capability to extend your application to any internal or external user type through customized workflows across any underwriting, claims, billing, distribution and servicing business processes.
Granular security protocols permit carriers to define accessibility and authority down to the individual field level for any of these user types.
OneShield Portal’s presentation layer leverages an ExtJS framework, which provides a rich user experience, excellent browser compatibility and mobility. This highly configurable presentation layer also allows you to easily promote your desired brand across all channels.

The total flexibility of OneShield Portal ensures you can support your customers at the time and manner of their choosing.

OMS Portal empowers agents, partners and customers with complete web-based self-service capabilities — alleviating your staff from performing many standard processing functions.
OMS Portal allows authorized users to inquire on policy and claim information. A security profile defines end-user roles and permissions for an agent/broker, underwriter, customer, reinsurer, system administrator, or service providers involved in processing aspects of an insurance transaction.
Rules can be also configured to define individual user functionality, and what modules each user can or cannot see. For agents, OMS Portal allows online entry and rating of submissions, subsequent updates on the stage in the workflow, and the ability to receive immediate quotations. Once the submission is bound, full policy inquiry is enabled to access forms, endorsements, billing, payments, audit information and renewal requirements.
Insureds can access policy documents, billing and payment history, as well as make online payments, upload schedules and payroll.  Both agents and insureds can also have access to claim processing capabilities, such as FNOL /FROI entry, claim status updates (including payment), and reserve activities.
