Cameron has spent his career helping firms achieve their full potential through tech enablement, organic growth, and mergers & acquisitions. He was previously in Bain & Company’s private equity and post-acquisition practice, where he led due diligence and growth acceleration projects for many of North America’s largest private equity funds and tech firms. A graduate of both Harvard College and Harvard Business School, Cameron is seasoned at leading teams and developing and executing strategies to achieve companies’ full potential.

As CEO, Cameron provides strategic vision and leadership for the company, working with OneShield’s Board of Directors, Executive Management Team, clients, and industry partners to achieve OneShield’s mission.

Brandon Parker

President & Chief Operating Officer

With extensive experience driving growth at technology companies, Brandon thrives in enabling disruption with technology. Most recently, Brandon was a Principal at Rose Park Advisors, a Boston-based growth investment firm. Prior to that, he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank where he supported several large technology and healthcare investments.

As President & COO, Brandon supports the full portfolio of internal and external operations required to deliver seamless implementations and outstanding business outcomes for OneShield’s clients. Brandon is a graduate of Harvard College and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Vivek Gujral

Chief Technology Officer

OneShield’s Co-Founder & CTO, Vivek has been the visionary product leader for OneShield since the company’s inception.

Today, Vivek continues to lead the innovation and design team and actively participates in our implementations. His extensive experience includes product management, product development and acquisition integration in the financial services industry.

Liza Smith

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer for OneShield, Liza has responsibility for the performance, alignment, and strategy of the revenue generation teams, from sales through to client success. During her 11 years with OneShield, Liza had led the company’s steady growth. Liza’s team ensures that OneShield achieves its mission of providing a consistent consultative approach to the client lifecycle from sales to production to self-sufficiency.

Liza has provided insurance companies with software solutions for 20+ years. Previously, she was Vice President, Global Head of Insurance for EMC Document Sciences, and before that, held the role of General Manager at ISO.

Satyajit Nashikkar

Chief Customer Success Officer

As Chief Customer Success Officer, Sat Nashikkar leads OneShield’s implementation team – a skilled group that accounts for nearly 40% of OneShield’s workforce. For Sat, customer success enables our customers to achieve their business outcomes while using OneShield’s products and services. In practical terms, this means fostering a relationship with our customers from pre-sales, right through implementation and beyond.

Sat has 24 years of cross-industry and executive-level experience delivering large multi-phased projects for industry-leading technology vendors, most recently with Ernst & Young as a Managing Director in their P&C Insurance Practice. He has exceptional fluency in both technical and insurance best practices, a passion for continuous improvement, and expertise in managing technical delivery across distributed global teams.

David Deal

Chief Legal Officer

Deal comes to OneShield following his role as CLO and COO for Trōv – a global insurtech startup recently purchased by Travelers Insurance. His prior experience includes General Counsel for One Inc., Senior Corporate Counsel for Apple Inc., Senior Director/Counsel for Allianz of America, Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for GeoVera Holdings, Inc. (one of the largest specialty homeowner and insurance carriers in the US), and Senior Counsel with the global AM100 law firm Holland & Knight.

He is widely known and respected in the insurance and insure-technology industries, having spoken regularly over the years at NAPSLO, ACIC, AICP, ARIAS, and other top insurance trade organizations, and speaker at the International Bar Association. Over the last 20 years, he has operated at nearly every level of the insurance and insurance-technology industries, having been a licensed broker in every state in the USA for admitted and surplus lines, appointed as special counsel by the General Counsel of the largest workers’ compensation carrier in the USA, and managed legal matters across 40 countries.

Rakesh Parikh

Senior Vice President, Product Management

As SVP of Product Management, Rakesh helps bring an outside-in view to the organization. He engages multiple stakeholders to define and deliver the product roadmap for OneShield’s Enterprise and SaaS offerings.

Rakesh has been developing and delivering software products for 30+ years across the healthcare and insurance domains. His technical expertise and alignment with clients enable OneShield to build configurable systems that allow clients to continue to innovate on the platform as their business scales and evolves.

During his 15 years with OneShield, Rakesh has led product engineering, architecture, and implementation.

Rex Blazevich

President, OneShield Market Solutions

With a wealth of expertise in helping companies advance, Rex leads the design and execution of optimized business processes to enable OneShield to scale effectively. Formerly an Associate Partner with Bain & Company, Rex has an outstanding track record of designing creative solutions to problems and leading change efforts that deliver sustainable results.

Prior to joining OneShield, Rex was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where he led major strategy and transformation projects for many of the world’s largest companies. Rex is a graduate of the University of Southern California and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Glenn Anschutz

Glenn joined OneShield as President & CEO over 18 years ago and most recently has taken on the role of Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer. Glenn believes in building strong customer partnership value and fostering an innovative and progressive corporate culture for employees across our global organization.

With a series of successful senior-level positions at Fortune 500 companies, Glenn has held leadership roles within operations management, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity management. Glenn has also managed several successful early-stage companies and directed numerous company turnarounds.
