Software Architect .Net

 

As Software Architect, you will lead the design effort on a variety of projects in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your role will be to design innovative solutions to address real market problems. You will work closely with product and marketing managers, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to develop new product offerings and improve existing ones.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop appropriate software architecture based on requirements and design elements contained in a system specification.
  • Participate in the system specification review process to ensure that system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture.
  • Maintain and evolve software architecture documents based on evolving system requirements, industry trends, and technologies.

Sales Executive

OneShield Software seeks Sales Executives with knowledge of core software sales to the NA insurance market. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise sales of policy, billing, and claims solutions to mid-size and large commercial and specialty insurers. As well as be familiar with complex software sales cycles that interact with business and technical users as well as executive sponsors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize collaboratively with insides sales, marketing, sales engineers, and management to create an active pipeline.
  • Work on opportunities with prospects to understand their business and technology objectives.
  • Propose how OneShield addresses current challenges from both a business and technical perspective.
  • Prepare and present pre-sales demos to potential customers.
  • Oversee responses to RFP’s and RFI’s.
  • Process inbound sales leads and foster long-term prospect relationships.
  • Assist with other sales-related or technical tasks as needed such as developing sales support documents and templates, sales demos, and testing.
  • Support marketing initiatives through trade show activities and marketing go-to-market activities.
  • Ensure smooth transition of the sale through program consulting for project commencement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of enterprise software sales experience preferred.

Sales Engineer

Reporting to VP Sales, the Sales Engineer will work as part of a team providing technical pre-sales support for OneShield sales opportunities. A critical role in the sales process, Sales Engineers, must be excellent collaborators and have insurance-specific knowledge to understand prospect pain points and demonstrate and discuss how OneShield Enterprise will address the challenges. The Sales Engineers primary responsibility will be demonstrating OneShield Enterprise’s components of Policy, Billing, and Claims. The successful candidate will be an efficient communicator and presenter. Previous demonstration experience and proficiency in commercial lines insurance will be considered a bonus. 

Responsibilities:

  • Help qualify deals with sales using their deep understanding of the product.
  • Work with product and technology teams to understand new features and functions and how that translates to business benefits for sales and marketing.
  • Interact, collaborate, and listen to customers throughout the selling process to ensure their needs are adequately understood and addressed.
  • Create and deliver product demonstrations, including product overviews, detailed demonstrations, and client-driven scripted deep dives and ‘hands-on’ sessions.
  • Assist in producing RFP’s through authoring responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Understand, translate, and map the client’s functional or business requirements to the product offerings and help the customer evaluate the benefit.
  • Coordinate internal review meetings and presentations while working with other members of the sales team or related support function teams.
  • In conjunction with Sales Executive, collect and document prospective customer requirements based on customer interactions and work internally with Technical groups to create and refine the client presentations.
  • Support the sales team selling efforts while fostering strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Support marketing initiatives through trade show activities and marketing material development.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to the business’s technical teams and functional requirements agreed with the customer and enable initial hand-holding and relationship building with customers.

  • 5+ years experience in the insurance core software industry, specifically in the vendor sector; specifically, previous commercial lines business analyst experience would be a bonus.

Technical Business Analyst

Overview

This role will gather, document, and analyze client functional, transactional, and insurance business requirements across all insurance functions and third-party integrations.

The Technical Business Analyst will also work within a cross-functional project team to provide business analytical support and leadership from the business side at the program level. The individual will play a highly visible, client-facing, consultative role and have the ability to offer system solutions to enhance client implementations and transform client workflow and business processes.

The individual will act as the business liaison between the customer and technical team and provide support throughout the project development life cycle. The individual must project a high level of confidence to the client and have strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

  • Perform business and systems analysis for multiple engagements in parallel
