5 Stage Process

Adopting a consultative approach, the OneShield Program Consulting Group moves client discussions through a five-phase process leading to the roll-out of live production:

  • DEFINE: Establishes the program scope and ensures OneShield-client alignment on key elements and timeframes.

  • BLUEPRINT: Elaborates on the Define Phase with an in-scope storyboard.

  • ITERATE: Based on the Blueprint Phase, this phase establishes the sprint plan, timeline, and sequences of a customized core system construction.

  • COMPREHENSIVE USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT): Client-driven execution of end-to-end testing of production-ready code.

  • PRODUCTION: Roll-out and final implementation.

Applying OneShield’s implementation methodology in conjunction with our consultative approach not only ensures consistency in the client life cycle, but it also ensures that the best practices from all our client implementations and collective experience is optimized for any new or existing clients. It is important that our customers are prepared for long term use of the technology and they’re able to manage the platform post-production to minimize their total cost of ownership for the platform. All of our clients, at some level, are self-sufficient on our platform and this is a result of this principle. During the initial release, when Oneshield is involved in the implementation, we’re ensuring that there’s this common framework that they can leverage in subsequent releases as they add new products, enter new jurisdictions and expand their business model.
