Our Client Services team is here to support you. Our goal is to train you and your staff to the highest level of proficiency and self-sufficiency desired. As client requirements differ, we often scope out training as part of the implementation process.
Self-service: We provide our clients with access to the OneShield Intranet, called Spark, a 24x7x365 user community with extensive documentation and product information so you always have access to materials for self-support.
Web-based training: We provide on-line learning for OneShield Designer and Middle Tier (Java) configuration.
Training is provided in three main courses:
Foundations: Learning OneShield concepts – object model, business variables, actions, workflow, and page creation.
Advanced: Based on the user’s functional area, specialized training may focus on rating, data transformation, document rendering, reporting, and debugging.
Product Configuration: For client developers, specialized training can be provided to enable the extension of OneShield by adding Java actions.
Please note, for SaaS solutions, technical training is not necessary, as our services include all technical support.
