As SVP of Product Management, Rakesh helps bring an outside-in view to the organization. He engages multiple stakeholders to define and deliver the product roadmap for OneShield’s Enterprise and SaaS offerings.

Rakesh has been developing and delivering software products for 30+ years across the healthcare and insurance domains. His technical expertise and alignment with clients enable OneShield to build configurable systems that allow clients to continue to innovate on the platform as their business scales and evolves.

During his 15 years with OneShield, Rakesh has led product engineering, architecture, and implementation.
