Started in 1925, Erie is now a Fortune 500 company with more than 5,000 employees, 5 million policies in force across 12 states and works with more than 12,000 independent insurance agents.

At OneShield, we understand that transformation projects like digitizing the agent sales and servicing processes can be big investments. We’ve been around for more than 20 years, with over 30 clients word-wide across 50+ lines of business, providing solutions to insurers of all sizes.

Erie has been innovating on the OneShield Enterprise Policy Administration System (PAS) platform since 2007. Throughout our time today, we’ll be focusing on how continuous innovation, platform flexibility, and collaboration has allowed Erie Insurance to meet a market need with a tailored product and best in class user experience for their agent delivery model that has already exceeded expectation.
